1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the jili199 platform, including the website at jili199.org and any associated mobile applications or services provided by jili199.

1.2 By registering an account with jili199, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. Your continued use of the jili199 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy. Each player may hold only one registered account with jili199. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jili199 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jili199 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on jili199 is ₱50. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change at jili199's discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. jili199 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash withdrawals are typically completed within five minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one to three banking days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements. jili199 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your name.

4.5 Fees. jili199 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges, for which jili199 accepts no responsibility.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jili199 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, details of which are available from customer support.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 jili199 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 All bets placed on jili199 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. These rules are available within the relevant game or betting section of the jili199 platform.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. jili199 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, where odds or game outcomes have been affected by a technical error, or where jili199 suspects fraudulent activity.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;

• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;

7.2 jili199 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any funds held in such accounts pending investigation. jili199 may also report such conduct to the relevant Philippine authorities.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the jili199 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of jili199 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jili199 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the jili199 platform without the prior written consent of jili199.

8.3 The jili199 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jili199. You may not use any jili199 trademark without the prior written consent of jili199.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jili199 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jili199 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

9.2 jili199 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jili199 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

9.3 jili199 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, internet outages, or third-party payment provider failures.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jili199's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Privacy & Data

10.1 jili199 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

10.2 By registering with jili199, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and marketing communications where you have opted in to receive them.

10.3 jili199 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the jili199 platform. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jili199 cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.4 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jili199 with respect to your use of the jili199 platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
